All products that are sold by Fabolic under specific category come with certain replacement or return period which may vary depending upon the products. Therefore, customers are requested to check the respective products or items applicable for replacement and return policy on the product page.
Returning of the product after delivery is applicable within 15 days of the date of purchase only if the product received is damaged or defective or not as described. Customers who receive defective or damaged products or the product is not exact as described, then they may claim for replacement request directly on the website within the applicable period of returns policy. In rare cases of replacement for damaged/defective or not as described on product page, a full refund will be initiated and provided to the customers upon receiving the product.
You must avoid opening or un-boxing the products where installation is required. Installation must be done by Fabolic authorized professionals only. Returning period for such products commences from the date of installation online.Product should be original packaging and undamaged box.
Note: Underwear, Lingerie (bottom-wear), Inner-wear, Socks, swimwear are not allowed to be returned or exchange.
Any issue with the products must be returned to the company within the stipulated return period and the company will verify and provide you with necessary resolution for the products as a part of return verification process. The seller is liable for arranging a replacement if the issue is not resolved. If the product is no in stock or it is discontinued permanently, then refund for such products will be provided to the customers.
The pick-up of defective/damaged products will be done by the authorized carrier partners. The pick-up of products will be done at the given address. The change in address for pick-up is allowed if services are available at the new address. At the time of pick-up the items will be checked to ensure the conditions of the items.
